Executive Leadership Coaching
Opportunity: Years of unsettling restructuring and business upheaval led to executives being placed in leadership positions without considerable thought given to whether they really wanted the job or were capable of succeeding in extremely adverse circumstances. While the leaders were doing their very best to meet and surpass expectations, each struggled with some aspect of their management roles. Questions included: What can I do to develop a better relationship with my boss? How can I motivate my team? Why so I keep getting this negative feedback? How can I gain control over my time and life?
Solution: Seeking executive coaching, numerous leaders at Coca-Cola turned to IntraVision’s two-day executive leadership workshop, which includes a comprehensive executive assessment to determine what may be helping or hindering the leaders from achieving their own picture of success. The session also incorporates work around clarifying what the leaders want most from the different aspects of their life, integrating the professional with the personal. The session ended with a detailed action plan, so executives leave with both tools and a roadmap to continue their work and implement changes in their leadership style. After the leadership workshop, the leaders were supported with ongoing executive coaching sessions to help carry out their leadership plan.
