Jen's Bio
Jennifer McCollum founded IntraVision in 2000 after working for 10 years in a corporate environment and then the Internet marketplace. Through her work experiences, she was drawn to support individuals, leaders, teams and organizations searching to create something greater. She realized that at the deepest level, people are calling out for the same thing. In their personal lives or their organizations, they want to reach for something aspirational; they want to tap into their greatest joy or passion; they want to make a difference, to feel like they are making a contribution in the world; they want to connect, with themselves and others. IntraVision was crated to address these fundamental needs. Jennifer was trained in coaching and organizational development through The Coca-Cola Companys "Learning Skills Consulting Program." She applied those skills while at Coca-Cola and then at EzGov, a start-up software company focused on bringing government services to the Internet. She now works internationally with companies and individuals, ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to stay-at-home moms.
